Today we’re highlighting Sue Gray, a Farmulated mall associate who became interested in CBD after chatting with Store Manager Julie Biby prior to the store's opening in July of 2020. Sue has been with us since the beginning, and describes herself as "very curious," making her the perfect person to spread the valuable insight she has gained along the way!

Hi, Sue! Tell us a little more about you. What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy baking, going to yard sales and taking rides with my husband and dog.
Very fun, simple pleasures! And how long have you been working for Farmulated?
Since it opened in July of 2020!
When did you first hear about CBD?
March of 2020. I was talking about the exciting new mall opportunity with Julie (Farmulated store manager).
At the time, did you have any misconceptions about CBD?
Yes, I had no idea what it was! Over the past few years, I have learned so much.
Knowing what you do now, what is your best piece of advice for customers curious about CBD?
It’s the best anti-inflammatory pain reliever that’s all-natural. Suffering from arthritis myself, it has been the best thing ever for me!
That’s amazing to hear! And what’s your favorite product?
I love the Peppermint Full Spectrum CBD Oil and the EASE CBD Capsules.
Those are both great choices for daily supplements.
Since working here, what has been your favorite customer feedback?
I’m happy any time a customer returns to purchase another product, especially when they have tried other brands and like ours the best. I also love how much customers appreciate us being a local business!
They must understand shopping local is so important to maintaining vibrant communities in small cities like Erie!
