Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@farmulated.com within 30 days of receiving your product.
  2. Shipping Your Return: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Inspecting the Return: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approval of Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate products, and opened or used products.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at  info@farmulated.com for further instructions.

Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
